Residency Week has begun for 2017

Before the delicious potluck we marveled at the chainsaw sculpture demo by Peter Van Andrichem.

Looking forward to the rest of the week, the comaraderie, the friendships, the learning, the inspiration.

Day 5 Residency Week 2016 with Justine Lasdin Springer

Residency has finally come to an end.  It was a fantastic week with much inspiration and great workshops.  Thanks to all the wonderful teachers.  It was awesome meeting all the new artists and great seeing all the returning artists and renewing friendships.

Today we met at "Art Brulant and Impressions" in Shawville and dropped off our artwork for the exhibition.  The vernissage is later this afternoon and runs until August 6, 2016.

We spent the day at Leslie Lake at Venitia's.  I really enjoyed the workshop with Justine Lasdin Springer and a few dips in the lake.
